About Me

Dave leads the Central Bank’s Government Division, focusing on the relationships and project management of public fund, nonprofit and association accounts.

Dave has over 32 years of experience in business development, financial analysis, asset and liability review, compliance, audit, retail and management. He has spent the past 19 years focused on relationship and project management dedicated to public funds, nonprofit and association customers.

As a recent recipient of the bank’s highest commendation, the Central Bank Chairman’s Award, Dave exemplifies an outstanding work ethic and dedication to the success of the bank’s customers and the employees he works alongside. As noted in the Award recognition, Dave and his highly skilled staff consistently demonstrate the highest levels of expertise in serving the banking needs of large cash management clients including state and local governments, associations, insurance companies, nonprofits and more. As a team, they lead by example, strive to innovate and exhibit the highest ethical standards, and possess a commitment to the welfare and growth of the people they serve.

Dave earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with an emphasis in banking from Missouri State University. He has passed the Certified Public Accountant Exam and is an Honors Graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School at Georgetown University.

Dave is a board member of the United Way of Central Missouri, a member of the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce, Association of Government Accountants and Jefferson City Hosts Lions Club.
