POSITION: Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: BankCard Services
Financial Center-2nd Floor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Primarily perform telephone customer service
• Maintain strong working knowledge of numerous operating systems & industry regulations
• Process accurate account maintenance (name/address changes, rate updates, credit limit increases and plastic re-issues)
• Perform account correspondence (denials and returns) and maintenance as assigned
• Keep current on BankCard procedures
• Assist in special projects or other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• Previous customer service and/or banking experience helpful
• Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
• Data entry and computer skills necessary
• Good mathematical skills
• Attention to detail
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
