POSITION: CIF Associate 1 - Full-time
LOCATION: Customer Information File - (CIF) Department
Central Technology Services
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Learn in house system that requires weeks of training regarding account and customer changes based on legal and compliance guidelines
• Verification of all new accounts opened to maintain an accurate customer data, input changes as needed
• Update Customer demographic information: phone numbers, birthdates, employers, etc.
• Monitor all daily reports
• Perform all other duties as assigned and/or required
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Organizational, time management ability to meet deadlines
• Self motivated, positive attitude
• Strong initiative to succeed at his/her job
• Strong Team Player
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
