POSITION: E-Banking Specialist - Full-time

LOCATION: Account Analysis Department - CTS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the daily operations of the TriSyn InfoPoint Account Analysis software application

• Assist with the development of internal policies and procedures regarding Account Analysis operations

• Account set up and maintenance of system parameters (tables, rates, groups, etc.) within the software application

• Research and respond to questions/problems raised by relationship officers concerning system capabilities and functionality

• Perform special projects and procedural analysis to improve system operations and leverage system functionality

• Create reports as needed for use by relationship officers, using report writing software such as Business Objects

• Serve as project manager for the installation of any upgrades to the software application

• Serve as the primary back up for the management and maintenance of the BusinessLink cash management application, including daily review of maintenance reports and occasional full day responsibility for system maintenance and customer calls

• Assist with the testing and implementation of new BusinessLink functionality and training of Commercial Banking Reps

• Prepare operation manuals for BusinessLink system administration and manuals for customer use

• Manage the Account Reconciliation process within CTS, to provide timely reports to the affiliates’ commercial customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field; or commensurate experience

• Strong PC skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Fullshot

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Knowledge of the existing account analysis process and system used by Central Bancompany preferred

• Experience in operating and maintaining a moderately complex application software package preferred

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
