Electronic Ticket Capture (ETC)
Electronic Ticket Capture is a credit/debit card service where cards are swiped through a magnetic stripe reader. This is the "traditional" method in credit card processing. Transactions are authorized, batched, and submitted via a terminal attached to a phone line. Transactions are then transmitted to the bank for deposit within 24 - 48 hours. ETC benefits include reduced risk of fraud and charge backs, as well as lower processing costs.

Personal Ticket Capture® (PTC)
Personal Ticket Capture is an easy-to-use IBM compatible software product. PTC also allows single or batch entry transactions. The major benefit of PTC is short learning curve, making it a welcome alternative to often complicated software packages.

Touchtone Processing
Touchtone processing is a simple, yet versatile, method of processing all your credit/debit card transactions. By simply keying in the data on your existing touch-tone telephone, you get immediate authorizations and have your approved card transactions processed at the same time. The only equipment necessary is a touch-tone telephone and a card imprinter.

Other Options
We also have the ability to integrate your merchant processing into specialized cash registers or other processing software. If you have an Internet presence, we can provide the gateway to authorize and settle your transactions.

Competitive pricing is based upon your individual profile. Rates are based on the number of transactions and dollar volume.

Next Day Service
Next day service via ACH deposit allows you to receive MasterCard and Visa deposits the next business day without having to stop by the bank.

Equipment
The type of equipment needed depends on the type of processing system that you choose. Our Merchant Services Center has available the necessary equipment to meet all your needs. Although MasterCard and VISA are the primary cards that are accepted by merchants, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and others can also be processed through the terminal provided by the bank.

Set-up
Set-up is provided on-site or via the mail. New terminals are programmed prior to installation, saving you time and getting you online as quickly as possible.

Training
Training by expert Merchant Services personnel is provided to your staff as needed. Each terminal is equipped with a Quick Reference Card and Terminal Overlay for future reference. Each site is provided with appropriate signage, decals, and promotional materials.
