What is an e-statement?

An e-statement is the same statement you receive in the mail today – except you download it as a pdf from the My Online Services web site.

Why should I get an e-statement?
* e-statements can save you money.
Get FREE online bill payment if you receive an e-statement instead of paper.
* e-statements are fast.
You can view your e-statement just hours after your statement date instead of waiting days for your paper statement to arrive in the mail.
* e-statements are safe.
Your e-statement is only available when you log into Online Services. It does not sit in your mailbox where it is vulnerable to theft.

How do I sign up for my e-statement?
When you login into Online Services to visit banking@home, just click on the Signup link under the e-statement logo. Fill out the registration form, including the Confirmation Word from the disclosure, and we will email you when your setup is complete.

How do I view my e-statement?
On the date your statement normally cycles, your e-statement will be created in its place. We will send you an email to tell you it is ready. Then, the next time you log into Online Services, click the View link under the e-statements logo. Your e-statement will open in a new window.
