MICHAEL W. PRENGER
Senior Vice President & Division Manager

Mike received his B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 1970 and is a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA) (1992) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (1993). Prior to joining The Central Trust Bank, he worked as a securities examiner in the Office of Secretary of State, as an account executive at a regional brokerage firm, and as Vice President and Trust Manager with Bank of Bentonville in Arkansas. Mike’s primary duties include management, personal trust administration, business development and estate planning assistance.

MATTHIAS TOLKSDORF
Vice President & Investment Officer

Matt received his B.A. in 1974 and his MBA in 1981 from the University of Missouri - Columbia. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and as our Chief Investment Officer has overall responsibility for all trust account investments. He brings over 20 years of banking experience to bear in making critical investment decisions for our customers. Prior to joining Central Bank in 1985, Matt served as portfolio manager for Boatmens-FNB of K. C., MO.

Amparo Thomas is our Certified Retirement Counselor®. Her responsibilities include overall administration of pension and profit-sharing plans, 401(k) plans and other employee benefit vehicles. With over 20 years of banking experience, Amparo has extensive knowledge of complex ERISA, EGTRRA, and other EB regulatory issues.

BRIAN P. DENT

Brian received his B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri - Columbia, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa - School of Law. He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri. Brian is a graduate of the ABA National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and has received the Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA) certification. Brian’s primary duties include personal trust administration, probate estate administration, business development and estate planning assistance.

DEBORAH VANLOO

Debbie received her B.S. degree in Accounting from Lincoln University in 1976 and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior to joining Central Bank in 1995, Debbie spent fifteen years specializing in estate planning and taxation at the law offices of Goller, Gardner & Feather. Debbie’s primary duties include personal trust administration, probate estate administration, taxation and estate planning assistance.

WILLIAM E. MAX

Bill received his B.S. degree in Mathematics & Agriculture from Illinois State University in 1974 and before coming to Central Bank has worked in the Trust / Banking industry for over 27 years. He has broad experience in trust & estate administration, taxes, employee benefit plans, operations and business development. Bill’s primary duties at Central Bank are trust account, investments and account administration.

David J. Zimmer, JD

Dave received his B.A. degree in Business Administration from North Park College, in 1969 and his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1979. Before coming to Central Bank, Dave was with Commerce Bank, Peoria, IL for 16 years and Manufacturers National Bank, Lansing, MI for 15 years in various administrative and management capacities and a Bank Examiner for the Federal Reserve of Chicago. Dave’s primary duties at Central Bank are account administration, probate and sales.

Georganne Wheeler Nixon, JD
Business Development Officer

Georganne received her B.S. degree in Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1975 and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1981. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and has represented children as Guardian ad Litem. Georganne has served as Director of Contracts for William Morrow & Co., Inc., in New York and was Director of Services for the Missouri Bar. Georganne’s primary duties at Central Bank are estate planning assistance and business development.
