      Before you begin your home search, set up a meeting with Home Turf Loan Coach, LaDonna Ali (NMLS #488983), to learn more about where the program is available, understand how much you can afford and to get pre-qualified. Home Turf Loans are available in select areas of the following cities:

      • Independence, Mo.
      • Kansas City, Mo.
      • Kansas City, Kan.
      • Raytown, Mo.

      Home Turf Loan Program Details

      Program Requirements:

      • Borrower must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien – documentation required
      • Income level at or below 80% of the area median income*
      • One year of consecutive employment
      • Foreclosure, deed in lieu or bankruptcy must be discharged for two years
      • Borrowers purchasing a home must complete a homeowners education course
      • Non-occupant co-borrowers will be considered
    • *80% of the 2016 metropolitan statistical area median income is $58,000.
      **Leasehold properties not eligible. Manufactured housing not eligible (defined as any dwelling unit built on a permanent chassis and attached to a permanent foundation system)
