Government Accounts Officer
Emily develops and maintains financial relationships with governmental entities, interacting with state and local agencies, statewide associations and a variety of institutions including school districts, non-profit organizations and foundations. She assists in responding to request for proposals to gain new business opportunities.
Emily has nearly 10 years of government experience with extensive knowledge and training in legislative affairs, health care and financial consumer education, and customer service and project management. Emily earned a life and health producer license from the State of Missouri with experience in consulting employers and employees with consumer-driven health plans and health savings accounts.
Emily received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Truman State University. She is a 2015 City Magazine's One to Watch, 2015 graduate of the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Jefferson City program and 2014 Central Bank United Way Pacesetter Campaign Co-Chair. She is a Young Life committee member and a facilitator for the Missouri Governor's Student Leadership Forum on Faith and Values. She was on the Jefferson City Council for Drug-Free Youth board for six years, serving as President and Vice President during her tenure.
