In every interview, one of the things I emphasize is our Bank has the financial strength, support, and product offerings of a large bank with the look, feel, and local decision making of a community bank. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration. The management courses I took as part of my degree program sparked my interest in human resources. Upon graduation, I accepted a position in the Human Resources Department of a property management company, where I worked for almost 7 years.

I then accepted a position as the Human Resources Manager for the local division of Cintas Corporation. This is the position I held just before joining the Bank in December 2004. I am a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
