Earl Grant

Although born in Nebraska, Earl has called Colorado Springs home for 63 years. There is nothing better than living next to the Rocky Mountains and at the foot of Pikes Peak.  Earl has experienced firsthand the growth of a small town into a large metropolitan city.

Earl’s mortgage experience extends 46 years, all of which is deeply rooted in the Colorado Springs community.  It is very gratifying and a life passion to assist friends, neighbors, and fellow residents with their mortgage lending needs.

Purchasing or refinancing a home is a huge transaction for most individuals.  Earl strives to provide his borrowers with valuable information needed to choose the financing option which best suits their needs, while at the same time trying to simplify the process for them. 

Providing excellent service and communication is a primary goal.  A goal that Earl feels has been met, as evidenced by many repeat customers, referrals of family members (many of them generational), and friends.
