The best part of Central Bank is the family-oriented environment where everyone gets to know everyone else. I love how much Central Bank gives back to its employees and the communities we serve.
Having been in Consumer Banking (Teller and Financial Associate), Consumer Lending (Intern), Central Investment Advisors (Sales Assistant), and Human Resources, I am a good example of how employees can grow within the company.
I graduated from the University of Missouri with a BSBA with emphasis in management and have my SHRM-CP. In March 2023, I completed the Graduate School of Banking Human Resource Management School in Madison, WI.
One of the things I enjoy most about my job is watching our employees grow. I am glad I can introduce Missouri's Best Bank to bankers who are new to the company.
