Opening Your Central Bank Health Savings Account

Budget and Save

Opening your health savings account is easy.

Once you enroll in a qualified high-deductible health insurance plan, you can open your HSA online through a link provided by your employer.

When opening your account you'll need to have a few things handy. Your driver's license, street address, social security number, and date of birth.

You'll also need to have some information about your account beneficiary - the person, or people, that will absorb the funds in the case that you're no longer able. You'll need their full name, social security number, and their date of birth.

You can add or change beneficiaries at any time, but for purposes of opening your account, only one is needed.

After you enroll, you'll receive your HSA debit card giving you quick access to the funds you need.

Simply use your debit card for qualifying health care expenses.

You can easily manage your account and keep track of expenses by logging into Online Banking at any time. Plus, you can conveniently access your HSA funds by using a debit card, scheduling a payment in Online Banking, or by paying yourself back for a past health care expense. Just make sure you keep the receipt.

Start saving for your future today, and earn the freedom to take control of your health care spending.

Stop by any Central Bank location today, or check with your employer to learn more, or open your HSA online.
