Taylor is exactly the embodiment of small town hospitality. Prior to lending with her we went with US Bank and had to jump through numerous hoops, and lost paperwork. Taylor made the process very easy, and excellent communication. We loved being able to see where we were at in the process. You can't beat shopping local. Taylor was great just seamed like the other processor wasnt talking to Taylor. The fact you have to wait 3 days from closing wasnt discussed at the beginning, that would have helped for planning. Instead of mailing checks to card companies it would have been faster to pay
