My career began in the professional sports world. I moved to collegiate athletics and finally found Human Resources and Central Bank more than 8 years ago. My recruiting and team experience has moved over well to the business world. I have an undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and an MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources from William Woods.

In Human Resources, there are many facets to the job. I absolutely love recruiting! It is satisfying to me when I help Central Bank locate someone that they were unaware of before. One of the greatest feelings in the world is to see someone's life change by accepting a new career or position. I like to see people grow and learn, and I can think of no better place to see this happen than Central Bank.
