T.J. is an executive board member of Hope House Inc. and President of Midwest Small Business Finance which is a lending arm of the Clay County Economic Development Council. TJ is involved with People Of All Color Succeed (POAC) as an ambassador and has volunteered with several nonprofits in Kansas City including Habitat for Humanity and Harvesters.
