Kerry Howerton

The culture, camaraderie, and team atmosphere are what attracted me to Central Bank. I worked for a Reinsurance firm for nearly 10 years. I have nearly 7 years of leadership experience and 1 year of experience in HR prior to Central Bank. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministerial Studies from World Revival School of Ministry and my motto is, do the right thing, even if it costs you.

I like being on the front lines helping our associates to feel valued and appreciated. I also enjoy being on the front lines helping our hiring managers fill our open positions! Things that motivate me are delivering value, building relationships, and collaboratively solving issues to make a positive change.
