When checking your phone in the morning, you may see new social media notifications, messages, and emails. While you may need to read emails or messages as it relates to your work or family, some notifications or mindlessly scrolling on social media can trigger self-criticism and judgments in your mind. It is okay to have a cup of coffee in the morning after you drink your water. Coffee is a good source of antioxidants. It can boost your energy and stabilize your mood. Although, make sure you stick to one or two cups of coffee, as too much can lead to withdrawals and headaches.

Waking up early every morning will lead to a happier and more successful lifestyle. Those who start their day early tend to be proactive throughout the day to balance their personal life and career efficiently.
