Kim thoroughly enjoys her career as a loan officer, working with her clients to help them achieve their dream of homeownership. She has been in the mortgage industry for over a decade and has had the privilege of starting her career on the operations side of the business which provided her with a diverse knowledge base that she taps in to and puts to work for you. Kim works hard to keep herself apprised on all of the changes that take place in the industry and has experience in a wide variety of financing to include Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, as well as down payment assistance programs.
