Matt was great, very helpful throughout the process. 5 stars for our experience with him. The person from underwriting was 1 star out of 5. They could not find documents that I could see uploaded in our online portal and repeatedly asked for a 2nd page of a document that clearly stated page 1 of 1. Matt was helpful in communicating with underwriting, but the underwriting department did not give me confidence in their ability to accurately review and process our loan.
