This is less about Noah and more about Central Trust Bank. Upon making a major miscalculation of taxes which resulted in a $500 / mo increase in our estimated monthly mortgage due to $6000 a year increase, Central Bank took the initial position of offering no lender credit or any support for the mistake made. It was only after going to other competing banks and getting better rates and solutions (to a mistake they made) that Central then decided to try to help. Even then, the lender credits offered were minimal for the amount of the mistake. This is tough, Noah was fantastic to deal with and I think we were likely a 1 in a 1000 case, but we should have been made whole like we were a 1 in 1000 case instead of being made feel like our only option was to lose a home we had already invested a lot of time, effort and money into, not to mention being 3/4 packed up in our current home because these mistakes were not discovered until we were past our due diligience period. We would have lost $10,000 for something we had nothing to do with, so were were boxed into a corner and put in an impossible situation. I place the majority of the blame on Central Bank and their complete unwilligness to try to correct this situation. Even worse, we were a multi-time returning customer, but it will be hard to do business with this bank again. That said, if Noah Sady moved to a different bank, I would 1000% do business with him again.
