His journey with Central Bank in the mortgage industry began as a Quality Assurance Processor and then quickly promoted to a Mortgage Business Analyst. In these roles, he demonstrated high analytical skills, preparing and analyzing reports, forecasts, and metrics for management review, all while ensuring compliance and accuracy in loans estimates and disclosures.

Rodrigo is bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
