Zoie Francisco

Zoie develops and manages innovative products and projects for governmental entities, interacting with state and local agencies, non-profit associations, and a variety of public institutions including counties, cities, school districts and universities. Zoie is the product expert for Homegrown Benefits, an electronic payment processing system for government departments and farmers market associations issuing public benefit programs. In addition, she assists in managing government banking HSA relationships, and coordinates requests for proposals across markets to gain new business opportunities.

Zoie has over six years working around the finance industry, including almost three years as Central Bank's Project Manager. Zoie earned her bachelor’s degrees in public communication and political science from Truman State University, recognized as Summa Cum Laude for finishing at the top of her class. Zoie has earned Employee of the Month in July 2025 and is in the process of getting her Project Management Professional certification.
