Aaron graduated from Moberly High School and then attended Moberly Area Community College, where he obtained a two-year associate's degree. He went on to further his education at Columbia College and obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Financial Services (double major). Aaron started his banking career in 2006 and joined the staff of Central Bank of Moberly in 2011.
