Ava Youtsey

At Central Bank, I have had the opportunity to build great connections and use my best efforts to help recruit amazing talent. The sense of community and culture of Central Bank makes this role so special, and I enjoy being able to communicate that to new members of the bank and candidates for open roles.

I graduated from the University of Missouri in May of 2026 with a BSBA with an emphasis in Management. During my time at Mizzou, I also received the Human Resources Certificate, as well as the Multicultural Certificate. I am very excited to use my experience in Human Resources to bring the best talent to the bank, and to help others as much as possible. Everyone at Central Bank truly lives legendary, and I am very excited that I am a part of the community.
