About Me

Bill is a mortgage lender in the Triangle area who specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA home loans. In his 23rd year in the mortgage industry, Bill mainly serves Wake County and the North Carolina mountain region but is able to serve anywhere in America.

A Raleigh native, Bill was born at Old Rex and has lived there ever since. Bill is a third generation NCSU grad who has three sons - one who is a US Marine and two who are still in school.

In addition to his mortgage career, Bill is an obsessive renaissance man! He enjoys racing superbikes, shooting pool, playing guitar, coaching youth wrestling, and practicing Brazilian Jujitsu.

Bill was awesome to work with, his response were clear and fast, and when we talked numbers he ran a bunch to find a way to get the best interest rate. Once we made an offer on the house everything moved very quickly, and a bonus was the app that the bank had, that we got notifications on what phase the loan was in, and if documents needed to be signed or uploaded. Also we hybrid closed, so we got the paperwork a few days in advance so we could take our time and read them. I would definitely recommend William Baragona to anyone looking to buy a house.
