Chad McMinn

With over two decades of experience in business development and relationship management, Chad has built his career around developing strong relationships and helping clients navigate their financial needs. His background in banking and business development allows him to take a personalized approach to understanding each client’s goals and connecting them with solutions that fit their needs.

Chad joined Central Bank in 2022 and spent four years as a Business Banking Relationship Manager before transitioning into private banking. His experience working with business owners and individuals has provided him with a strong foundation in relationship management and client service.

• Studied Business Administration and Marketing at Columbia College

Interests and Activities

Chad is an active member of the Chamber New Member Committee and previously served on the board of Missouri Gift of Adoption. He also supports Christian Fellowship School. Outside of work, Chad enjoys fishing, hunting, and hiking with his wife and daughter.
