    When someone asks questions, reserve judgment and aggression. There were many notable changes to the paperwork that I asked about. You yelled at me for many, and bullied me into dropping all of my concerns without resolution. At least one mistake you yelled at me to stop thinking about was an actual mistake that resulted in me overpaying at closing. The board sent me a refund check, confirming my suspecion. Mistakes happen, and I would not have had issue with any of it if it weren't for your aggressive, bullying behavior. This makes me wonder what other mistakes were made in the process.
