C.O. joined the Central Bank of Boone County team in 2003 and became a mortgage loan officer in 2007. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in personal financial planning. C.O. is dedicated to providing the smoothest transaction possible for each of his customers. We originally had an amazing experience refinancing our 30-year mortgage to a 15-year 3.25% mortgage with C.O. at Central Bank in 2012. Unfortunately we had some major financial hardships pile up over the past few years that decimated our savings, and we were forced to put some major expenses on credit cards and made the mistake of selecting some less-than-ideal rate commercial personal loans to help cover/consolidate the expenses. After many years of payments to said companies that seemed to go nowhere, we reached out to C.O. to see if there were any possible options to work with Central Bank again. C.O. was able to find us a reasonable loan solution that has allowed us our life back. We can now make an actual budget, with one reasonable payment and interest rate, that works for us and will allow us to restore our savings and cover future emergencies (instead of throwing away thousands of dollars a month of interest on the aforementioned credit cards/personal loans over many years of payments). Our only regret is not reaching out to C.O. sooner! In addition to the overall gratitude we have to be working with C.O. and Central Bank again, the new loan process was extremely smooth. We only had to go into the bank once to sign paperwork at the end. The online dashboard was easy to use and kept us updated on the steps. C.O. answered any questions we had via email promptly. We also appreciate all of the bank staff who worked on our loan, as everything was mixed up in multiple credit accounts and required a lot of sorting through during the underwriting process. This was a very stressful financial situation that was made so much less stressful, on many levels, by C.O. and his team.
