    Dana was good at advocating for me through the mortgage process, giving me options, and answering my questions so I could make an informed decision. One home did not work out because of FHA rules and the fact that the owner did not disclose important information about the property that the title company found. Dana explained the situation, offered different options, but in the end I chose to move on to another home. With the other home, she thoroughly helped with the closing process, communicating with my realtor and the title company. She was awesome.
