    The amount of work that we had to do to acquire a loan was very stressful and there was noone to help us. We left phone messages and sent email messages. We have been customers since the 1980's. It is very stressful sending so much personal information over an app! Many of the documents have never been needed with our previous loans. I hope we don't need to go through this again.
