Heather is experienced and knowledgeable. I was very worried about my bills and consolidating them. She was very helpful, and I appreciated her input. It took a little longer than expected but, I do not think it was her fault. That is the result of the company itself to review things and to act as quickly as possible. All in all, in took about 2 months from beginning to end. I thought it would take a month. Unfortunately, I didn't have money to pay some bills and wanted it to get done faster but due to the corporate people taking too long to review things, it took an extra month. It affected my credit score which is very upsetting. I called Heather several times because I had anxiety and worry. She was very nice and explained that they were reveiwing everything and it would get done. But my question is, why does it take that long to approve a mortgage especially if I used them before for the first one. I think my answser would be that people don't really care how it affects the other person. They are just going in to do a job, they don't realize how important their job is and that speed is essential in this business. Their job affects everyone involved. I always took my job very serious. Especially in healthcare! Could you imagine if I ignored a patient and didn't do my job correctly. That person could die as a result! I believe everyone should care about how it affects the other person. No matter how "important" they are rich or poor, VIP or not. Famous or not famous. Everyone is important. Thank you again Heather for all of your help getting my mortgage! I appreciate all of your hard work and effort you put into getting me it. Have a great summer!
