Jamie Clark

Jamie serves as Chief Credit Officer for Central Bank of the Ozarks, bringing 31 years of lending experience and 18 years with the bank. Jamie oversees the bank’s credit strategy, loan portfolio quality, and risk management, helping ensure customers have access to responsible, well-structured lending solutions that support their financial goals.

Working closely with the executive team, Jamie helps shape the bank’s credit philosophy and ensures lending practices balance thoughtful risk oversight with long-term stability so customers can count on a strong, reliable banking partner. Jamie provides guidance on complex credit decisions and plays a key role in maintaining the bank’s sound and consistent approach to lending.

A collaborative and experienced leader, Jamie mentors lenders and credit professionals across the organization, reinforcing a commitment to disciplined growth, sound judgment, and community-focused service that benefits customers and the communities the bank serves.

Interests and Activities

In his spare time, Jamie enjoys spending it with his family & friends, and being outdoors. Prior to taking on the Chief Credit Officer role Jamie was heavily involved in the Marshfield Community where he served the bank as its Community Bank President. During that time he served on the Marshfield Development League Board, Whispering Oaks Country Club Board, Marshfield Area Community Foundation Board, Chairman/President Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Marshfield Rotary Foundation Board, and as Vice President - Board of Education Marshfield R1 Schools.
