I earned my bachelors degree in Human Resources Management and MBA from Missouri State University. Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience in compensation, recruitment, and talent development, reinforcing my belief that when organizations invest in their people, both employees and businesses thrive. 

What I enjoy most about my role is that every day is different. I enjoy connecting with people, learning their stories, and helping them find careers where they can be successful and fulfilled. Being part of someone’s professional journey and helping them reach their goals is what makes this work so rewarding.
