I have always had a passion for sharing the culture of Central Bank with anyone interested in joining an organization that truly recognizes hard work and supports career growth. I genuinely enjoy learning about people, their experiences, what motivates them, and what they’re looking for in their careers—and that passion drives me in connecting talent to meaningful opportunities at Central Bank.

My journey with Central Bank began as a part-time teller while I was attending college. After graduating, I explored another career path, but just three years later, I found my way back, drawn by the strong culture and the opportunities to grow. Since then, I have had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles, including Teller, Customer Service, Customer Service Manager, Assistant Manager, Learning and Development Officer, and now HR Officer.

Each role has helped shape my appreciation for what Central Bank offers its employees and has allowed me to build meaningful connections across the organization. One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been identifying and developing talent, helping individuals find roles where they feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Methodist University. Today, I am proud to support both current and future employees in finding the right opportunities within Central Bank so they can experience both professional success and personal growth.
