Les Anderson finds tremendous joy in helping people achieve homeownership all around the country—from First‑Time Homebuyers to experienced Real Estate Investors expanding their portfolios.

Long before becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer, Les was self‑employed in the music industry. During that time, Les struggled to find the right resources or Loan Officers willing and able to guide him toward becoming a First‑Time Homeowner. That experience became the driving force behind Les Anderson’s commitment to supporting others facing similar challenges. Today, Les proudly advocates for clients so they can purchase their first home, upgrade to a new property, or continue building wealth through real estate.

Les has worked in the Mortgage Industry in multiple capacities since 1998 and has helped countless individuals and families secure home loans and achieve their dream of homeownership in Colorado Springs and throughout the United States.

Because Les personally understands how overwhelming the homebuying process can feel—especially for first‑time buyers—Les Anderson is uniquely qualified to guide clients through every step of obtaining a mortgage with clarity, confidence, and care.

Outside of helping __  future and current homeowners with mortgages and home financing, Les enjoys attending theatre productions, live music venues, concerts, stand‑up comedy shows, movies, art exhibits, and museums. Les also loves spending time with his wife and their two Basset Hounds. A fun fact about Les Anderson: he is a published BMI songwriter and even appeared on Sesame Street as a kid.
