Strong roots and endless possibilities is truly the tune here.  Their dedication to their employee's growth and the support of local communities were the major drawing factors of Central Bank for me.  There are truly endless paths within Central Bank that allow employees to grow and change their career path in any way they desire, all while being able to call the same company home base.  The why and who have always been my biggest drivers in my recruitment career.  I want to connect people with jobs and careers that they love and that fit into their life, and this is a mission I know I can accomplish here at Central Bank.

I graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Business.  Prior to coming to Central Bank, I recruited across multiple industries including ag biotech, environmental, and have further professional role experience within the financial industry.   I also have a heavy passion for early career recruitment and building lasting talent pipeline relationships.  Outside of work I enjoy weightlifting, baking, reading, horseback riding, and anything that will get me outdoors and moving!
