Your Identity is Stolen

Contact us to report identity theft then file a report with the FTC at IdentityTheft.gov

You Lose Your Wallet

Immediately lock your card and contact us, as well as any credit card companies, to report the lost cards. Also, inform the issuing authorities about the loss of your driver's license and other identification cards.

You Experience an ATM Skimming Incident

Do not use the ATM and report it to us immediately. If you have already used the ATM, monitor your account for any unauthorized transactions and report them immediately.

Your Bank Account is Hacked

Contact us immediately to report the incident and secure your account. Change your online banking password and any other passwords that may be related to your account.

You Receive a Phishing Email

Do not click on any links or download attachments from the suspicious email. Report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov

Your Phone Gets Stolen

Use another device to immediately lock your phone remotely using "Find My iPhone" (iOS) or "Find My Device" (Android). Contact us to monitor for any suspicious activity.
