Early Direct Deposit applies to eligible personal checking accounts. Eligible personal checking accounts include: MaxMoney, MyChoice, World, World Elite, and Preferred Interest. If your account changes to a non-eligible account, you may lose access to the Early Direct Deposit Service.
You can typically expect to receive qualifying Direct Deposits that come through ACH (Automated Clearing House) up to 2 days earlier than their scheduled payment date. Examples of Direct Deposits that may qualify include payroll, pension, and government benefits. Other deposits or credits to your account, such as person-to-person payments, checks or mobile deposits, and other electronic credits are not eligible for Early Direct Deposit.
Enrollment may be done by any account owner, and Early Direct Deposit Services may apply to all qualifying deposits made into the account.
Early Deposit availability may vary by deposit. Receiving your deposit early one time does not guarantee you will receive it early again. Early deposit can depend on;
When we receive payment instructions from the payor,
Any limitations that we place on early availability (such as the amount, payer, etc.) which we may change at any time without notice,
Any standard fraud prevention screening, and
Any other unforeseen circumstances the Bank may encounter.Any credit issued to you by the bank as a result of an ACH credit entry is provisional and subject to final payment instructions from the employer. Likewise, any ACH credit entry we provide to you remains provisional until we receive final payment. If we determine, based on satisfactory documentation, that a credit entry was made in error or for an incorrect amount, we reserve the right to debit your account for the improperly credited amount. In the event of insufficient funds, you agree to reimburse us accordingly.
